Overview
At Farm Mutton Telangana, we follow a pre-order only, fresh-slaughter model. Orders are accepted until Sunday 9 AM, and your mutton is slaughtered fresh that same Sunday morning and delivered within 2 hours. Because of the perishable and made-to-order nature of our products, our refund and cancellation policy reflects this reality.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. By placing an order with Farm Mutton Telangana, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Cancellation Policy
2.1Free Cancellation Window
You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before Saturday 8:00 PM of the same delivery week. To cancel, contact us via:

2.2Late Cancellations — After Saturday 8 PM
Cancellations requested after Saturday 8:00 PM cannot be accepted. By this time, the goats have already been allocated against your confirmed order and the slaughter and processing schedule is locked. No refund will be issued for late cancellations.
2.3No-Show / Unavailability at Delivery Address
If you are unavailable at the delivery address and do not respond to our delivery agent's calls or WhatsApp messages within 15 minutes of arrival, the order will be marked as delivered and no refund will be issued.
Please ensure someone is present to receive the order on Sunday morning. If you anticipate being unavailable, contact us on WhatsApp before Saturday 8 PM to reschedule or cancel.
Refund Policy
3.1We Do Not Accept Returns
Because all our products are fresh, perishable meat slaughtered and delivered on the same morning, we do not accept physical returns of any product once it has left our facility. This is in line with FSSAI guidelines for perishable food products.
3.2Quality Guarantee — Eligible for Refund or Replacement
We take full responsibility for the quality of every order. You are eligible for a full refund or free replacement (at our discretion) in the following cases:

3.3How to Raise a Quality Complaint

3.4Situations Not Eligible for Refund
The following are not eligible for refunds:

>Change of mind after the Saturday 8 PM cutoff.
>Dissatisfaction with taste, spice level, or cooking results — these are subjective and unrelated to product quality.
>Improper storage by the customer after delivery (e.g. leaving meat unrefrigerated for several hours).
>Partial use of the product before raising a complaint.
>Claims made more than 2 hours after delivery.
Whole Goat Orders
Whole goat orders (starting from ₹9,000) require a minimum 50% advance payment at the time of booking. The following cancellation terms apply:
Prepaid Orders & Payment
Currently, most orders are confirmed via WhatsApp and payment is collected on delivery or via UPI at the time of order confirmation. For prepaid UPI orders, the following terms apply:
5.1Refund Method
Approved refunds are returned to the same UPI ID or bank account used for the original payment. We do not issue refunds via cash or alternate payment channels unless agreed upon in writing.
5.2Refund Timeline
Refund processing time is 3–5 business days after approval. In most cases, UPI refunds are received within 1–2 business days.
5.3No Processing Fees
We do not charge any processing fee on approved refunds. The full approved amount is returned to you.
Delivery Failures by Farm Mutton
If we are unable to deliver your confirmed order on the scheduled Sunday due to reasons on our side — logistics failure, insufficient stock, or any operational issue — the following applies:

>A full refund will be issued with no questions asked, processed within 3–5 business days.
>We may offer a priority slot for the following Sunday as an alternative if you prefer a replacement delivery.
>The choice is entirely yours — we will not push you towards any option.
Modifications to an Order
Order modifications — including change of cut, quantity increase or decrease, or delivery address — are accepted until Saturday 8:00 PM. After that time, no modifications can be made as the allocation is finalised.

Free Delivery & Minimum Order
8.1Free Delivery Threshold
Free delivery applies to all orders above ₹500 delivered to our covered West Hyderabad locations: Gachibowli, Kondapur, Manikonda, Narsingi, Kokapet, Financial District, Tellapur, Serilingampally, Miyapur, and surrounding areas.
8.2Delivery Charge Refunds
Delivery charges (if applicable on smaller orders) are non-refundable unless the non-delivery or issue was entirely our fault. In cases where we failed to deliver, the full order amount including any delivery charge will be refunded.
