How this arrangement works

You bring the appetite.
We bring the rules of engagement.

These Terms & Conditions explain how Farm Mutton Telangana accepts orders, schedules slaughter and delivery, handles payments, and deals with cancellations, refunds and the occasional curveball.

Last updated: 26 May 2026 Applies to: farmmutton.com Region: India (Telangana, West Hyderabad focus)

The business behind the goat

“Farm Mutton Telangana”, “we”, “our” and “us” refer to the business operating farmmutton.com and organising organic mutton delivery in West Hyderabad.

By using this website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any policies linked from the footer, including the Privacy Policy.

Where and when we deliver

We currently serve West Hyderabad neighbourhoods such as Gachibowli, Kondapur, Manikonda, Narsingi, Kokapet, Financial District and nearby areas.

Delivery days and slots are limited and may change based on farm schedules, demand and logistics. Sunday is typically the main fresh‑cut dispatch day, but special runs may be announced.

How an idea becomes an invoice

You can place orders through our website, WhatsApp, phone or any official channel listed on farmmutton.com.

An order is considered accepted only when we confirm it via SMS, WhatsApp or call, along with an indicative delivery slot and estimated amount.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases such as incorrect pricing, limited stock, service‑area mismatch or suspected misuse.

Fresh meat and approximate numbers

Farm Mutton supplies fresh goat and related cuts, prepared close to the delivery window. Being a natural product, exact weight and appearance can vary slightly from what you may visualise.

Any weights mentioned on the site are approximate. Final billing is usually based on actual weight after cutting and trimming, within a reasonable tolerance of the discussed estimate.

What you pay and how

Prices for cuts and products are listed on the website or communicated to you before confirmation. They may change over time due to farm input costs, seasonality and logistics.

Applicable taxes and delivery charges, if any, will be mentioned at the time of order. You agree to pay the final amount using the payment methods offered (such as UPI, card, net banking or COD, where available).

In case of obvious pricing errors, we reserve the right to correct them and either reconfirm the order at the right price or cancel it with a full refund of any amount already paid.

Who is responsible for what, en route

We aim to deliver within the agreed window, but factors like traffic, weather and farm timing can cause reasonable delays. We will update you if there is a significant change.

You are responsible for being available at the delivery address and for storing the product safely (refrigeration, hygiene) as soon as it is handed over.

Once the order is delivered in good condition at the address and to the contact person you provided, the product becomes your responsibility.

Changing your mind versus slaughter timings

Because fresh meat involves planned slaughter and limited inventory, last‑minute cancellations have real consequences at the farm level.

As a general guide:

  • Cancellations made well before the slaughter/processing cut‑off may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
  • Cancellations after we have already prepared or dispatched your order may not be refundable, except in cases of genuine quality issues or service errors.

Any refunds, once approved, will be processed to your original payment method or another agreed channel within a reasonable time, subject to bank or gateway processing.

If something doesn’t look or smell right

If you believe there is a problem with the product quality at the time of delivery, please raise it immediately with photos, details and batch information where possible.

Genuine issues will be assessed in good faith, and we may, at our discretion, offer a replacement, partial refund or store credit depending on the situation.

Claims raised many hours after delivery, or after improper storage or handling, are harder to verify and may be limited in what we can do.

The website is for ordering mutton, not mischief

You agree not to use farmmutton.com for any unlawful, abusive, defamatory, fraudulent or disruptive activity.

You also agree not to probe, scrape or interfere with the site’s technical operation in ways that would make a developer roll their eyes and block your IP.

Words, photos and persuasion

All content on this website — including branding, text, images, design and copywriting — is owned by Farm Mutton Telangana or used with permission.

You may not reuse, reproduce or repurpose this content for commercial purposes without written consent. Screenshots for friends and family WhatsApp groups are exempt and actively encouraged.

We run a farm‑linked service, not a life guarantee

We aim to deliver high‑quality, safe products and reliable service. However, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Farm Mutton Telangana is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products.

Our total liability, if any, for direct damages is typically limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

If things escalate beyond WhatsApp

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, with a practical focus on Telangana jurisdiction.

Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved amicably via direct communication. If that fails, matters may be taken to the appropriate courts in Telangana.

When we tune the small print

As the business evolves, we may update these Terms & Conditions. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the website or placing orders after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
